Excellence and Innovation

UWM’s School of Nursing is home to Wisconsin’s largest nursing program, and for more than 50 years, has provided life-saving training to health professionals in Wisconsin’s commercial, cultural and economic capital. The U.S. News & World Report consistently ranks the college in the top 13% of BS in Nursing programs.

Dedicated to providing academic programs of the highest quality that are at the forefront of nursing, the college has been widely recognized for its innovation, leadership in the profession of nursing and extensive collaboration with diverse community agencies. Across southeastern Wisconsin, our competitive, collaborative nursing program is valued for its ability to prepare science-based, compassionate nurse leaders through innovative, quality educational programs.
